The 2005 Aprilia RSV 1000 (often called RSV 1000 R or RSVR) is a high-performance Italian V-twin superbike built by Aprilia in Noale. It replaced the earlier RSV Mille and was produced from 2004–2010 before the V4-powered RSV4 arrived. It’s known for strong V-twin torque, excellent chassis balance, and high-spec suspension, making it a serious track-focused road bike of its era.
