Sales Executive

Poole MOTO are on the look out for someone with a passion for bikes and the biking lifestyle with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Sales Executive. We are looking for the ideal candidate to have:

• Previous sales experience
• Self-motivated and target-focused
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Your role will include engaging with customers and guiding you through their motorcycle journey, generating your own leads and sales opportunities, building lasting customer relationships. Most of all you will represent the Poole MOTO brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Trainee Motorcycle Technician and Bike Builder

With record sales last year we now need to recruit a trainee motorcycle sales person. The ideal applicant will be confident and have an interest in motorcycles.

We need a person who is customer focussed and has a natural flair for “making the sale”, a person who enjoys delivering just that little bit more to wow a customer would be the ideal applicant. This isn’t a “hard sell”, it is about helping the customer find what is right for them, and every one of them is an individual and very special to us.

Experience is not necessary however an ambition to learn and progress his or her career is essential.

Full training on and off the job will be given.

We could consider sending the sucessful candidate of a Motorcycle Technicians Apprenticeship starting in September 2026

The applicant must be physically fit and computer literate and will ideally possess a driving licence.

The job will also involve various admin roles so it is essential the person is methodical and able to work without supervision

Nationwide Motorcycle Delivery Driver

We require an additional person to deliver Motorcycle Nationwide using one of our Long Wheel Base Vans

The ideal candidate will be well organised and able to work off own initiative

This is not a 9 to 5 job as often it will involve long days which you will be paid by the hour for.

As the job involes loading and unloading bikes the person must be physically fit

You must have held a driving licience for over 2 years abnd have no more than 6 points.

Experienced Motorcycle Technician

Our workshop is busier than ever and with this in mind we will shorly open a brand new workshop. Last year we had record sales and this year we expect to sell even more. 

We are authorised dealers for.

Royal Enfield, BSA, CF Moto, Fantic, Benelli, Voge plus we work on lots of leading brands including. Honda,Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Triumph etc  

We now need to recruit another experienced Motorcycle Technician.

You will need:

Experience with working on all types of Motorcycle and Scooters

Duties will include bike building, preparing new bikes, servicing, tyre fitting and general repairs

You must have your own tools and a full licence.
