Steve (Owner)
Steve started Poole Moto in January 2008. He confesses to nowadays to be a fair weather motorcyclist and loves to borrow one of our Demo Bikes and ride around the beautiful roads of Dorset. He is particularly impressed with the new Voge DS900 as well as the Royal Enfield Bear. He is enjoying semi-retirement, exploring different parts of the world and attempting to fill his passport.
Luke (Sales Director)
Luke joined us in 2017 he is responsible for FCA Compliance as well as heading our Sales Department. In the years he has been with us he has helped grow the business from a small single showroom shop selling 100 bikes a year to over a 1500 bikes a year. We now stock over 500 bikes in our 4 showrooms and hope to this year top our record sales of 2025. Luke lives with his partner and has two Sons. He loves to ride all bikes, his bike of choice is the BSA GOLDSTAR 650.
Nick (Aftersales Director)
Nick is our longest serving employee joining the company in 2009. He is responsible for all things after sales and will often be found in the workshop helping one of our technicians or carrying out an MOT. He has ridden most bikes. He currently loves to take home our Voge DS800, which cuts his commute time in half.
Conner (Sales Assistant & Social Media)
Conner supports the sales team and heads up the clothing and accessories department. He is still new to riding but regularly enjoys getting out on a 125cc from our range. He is always happy to help and loves to chat with customers in the showroom.
Erik (Aftersales Advisor)
Erik was born in Hungary and relocated to the UK about 12 years ago. He is responsible for all aspects of Aftersales. He is married and has a Son and Daughter. He uses his Royal Enfield Scram to commute everyday.
Becky (Aftersales Advisor)
Becky is one of our aftersales team, she is always happy and cheery and loves to help. She has a young son and has had many bikes, her latest was a S1000rr.
Ady (Workshop Manager)
Ady heads our team of 5 technicians. He has years of experience gained in over 30 years working on all types of bikes, in addition he is a motorcycle MOT tester. He often uses his Aprilia to commute to work and at the weekend enjoys driving his very special Alfa, that he imported himself from South Africa, around the New Forest.
Mark (Skilled Technicain)
Mark has vast experience in everything two wheels. He was a great passion for all bikes and owns numerous both classic and modern from 125cc to over 1000cc so he can choose a different bike for his commute each day
Clive( Skilled Technician)
Clive has gained his experience after working on bikes for many years. He particularly likes working on Royal Enfield and BSA bikes. Clive uses a bike everyday for work and still rides on a regular basis a BSA that he has owned for almost 50 years.
Shaun (PDI Technician)
Sean is responsible for building and preparing bikes, for our wonderful customers. He is also a part-time motorcycle training instructor. Sean rides a bike on a regular basis and own a very nice crusier.
Damo (Technician)
Damo's duties include servicing and preparing customers bike. He has a passion for custom bikes and loves making social media/ YouTube content.
Mike (Bike Builder)
We have deliveries of new bikes most days. Mike is responsible for organising our warehouse and then building bikes ready for the technicians to prepare. Mike is an all weather motorcyclist and uses his Benelli everyday to get to work.
Haydn ( Maintenance & Environmental Disposal)
After a Lifetime in engineering Haydn moved down to Dorset. He loves bikes and was looking for a part time job in the bike industry. He can put his hand to more or less anything and now spends most of his day on general maintenance as well as being responsible for recycling as we generate lots of waste, packaging, etc He loves his bikes and currently owns a Kawasaki ZRX1200.
Rob (Bike Delivery)
Rob owns numerous bikes including a nice BMW. He does deliveries for us often further afield so is often on the road very early or late . He has been all over the UK and has even delivered bikes to the Highlands of Scotland
Kalman (Driver)
Kal is one of our driver team, he delivers bikes up and down the country and always arrives with a smile.
Chris (Driver)
Chris is one of our driver team, he loves driving and prides himself on his professional handovers.
